Our highly trained staff and doctors offer a full range of medical and surgical procedures for common small pets as well as more exotic ones. We also have access to veterinary specialists to ensure that your pet can receive any care needed.
Dental services
We offer advanced dental care, including cleanings and oral surgery. It is important to start early with your pet's dental health. We recommend brushing daily using a toothbrush and specially formulated enzymatic toothpaste for dogs to prevent the build up of plaque.
Preventative Care
Dr. Glen firmly believes that pet parents and the veterinarian should work in the direction of preventing problems before they occur. As such, the Animal Hospital of St. Maarten offers preventative programs and maintenance care, such as the Senior Wellness Program, dental cleanings, and immunizations.
Parasite Prevention
The presence of fleas and ticks can cause a range of problems and the threat of heartworm disease is one of the most prevalent illnesses for our pets in St. Maarten/St. Martin.
Spaying and Neutering
We highly recommend spaying (surgical removal of the ovaries and uterus) of female dogs and castration (surgical removal of the testicles) of male dogs when they reach 6 months of age.
Pet Boarding
We recognize that staying away from home can be a strain on pets and families. Our staff make every effort to provide a home away from home for our guests
